Beyond her clinical achievements, Dr Misra is a passionate community advocate who has given herself wholly to helping others heal. Her work spans some of the most challenging and sensitive arenas, including pioneering deradicalisation programmes for vulnerable women. With courage and clarity, she has helped women disentangle from extremism, reclaim their identity, and begin new lives grounded in dignity, purpose and resilience.

Her faith-informed approach blends evidence-based therapy with deep spiritual intelligence, creating recovery pathways that resonate with the mind, body and soul. Usman Raja

Chief Humanity and Social Restoration Officer 

Usman Raja is a uniquely gifted reformer and healer whose life's work has been dedicated to restoring humanity in its fullest sense. Over two decades, he has helped countless individuals reclaim their dignity, purpose, and identity through his deep commitment to transformational justice and spiritual rehabilitation.

Known for his extraordinary empathy and unwavering presence, Usman has led groundbreaking work on government-led deradicalisation programmes, where he successfully guided some of the most complex and damaged minds back toward peace, purpose and community. His methods grounded in compassion, faith, and accountability have become a beacon for community restoration globally.

Craig O'Donnell

Chair of Global Collaboration & Partnerships

Craig O'Donnell is a senior healthcare strategist and systems partnership leader, recognised for two decades of success in shaping cross-border healthcare initiatives and collaborative reform. His experience spans international development, public health policy, and private hospital strategy, with a focus on scalable models that improve outcomes and access.

Craig has worked with government bodies both in the UK and overseas, advising ministries of health, non-governmental organisations, and multilateral stakeholders on complex, multi-agency programmes. His diplomatic acumen and strategic clarity have been instrumental in launching healthcare reforms, public-private partnerships, and integrated care systems in culturally diverse and politically sensitive environments.

In addition to his global consultancy, Craig has long championed the power of community based systems and interfaith collaboration to achieve health equity. He supports inter-organisational coalitions that empower local change agents and centre the voices of the marginalised in designing sustainable care models.

He will be instrumental in securing and sustaining international alliances connecting our mission with the world’s changemakers, philanthropists, and institutional leaders. Siama O'Donnell

Executive Vice Chair & Chief Strategy Architect

A force in international hospital consultancy, Siama O'Donnell brings over 25 years of experience leading health system reform, hospital activation and global workforce transformation. Her strategic and operational acumen guides Quintessential’s infrastructure and impact growth across continents.

Siama's work bridges high-level policy with ground-level impact. Having led major health initiatives in post-conflict regions and underserved populations, she is deeply driven by a vision of accessible excellence in care. She mentors emerging leaders from underrepresented communities and builds systems that place dignity at the centre of service.

As a global connector, Siama has brought together public institutions, philanthropists, and healthcare leaders to co-create impactful and scalable programmes. She is a trusted advisor to ministries of health and a leader in building high-performing clinical teams that deliver across both public and private systems.

Her extensive background in talent strategy and operational scaling makes her instrumental in launching Quintessential's global mission. Vajahat Sharif

Vajahat Sharif is a distinguished legal strategist whose work spans litigation, national security, human rights, regulatory and compliance matters. With deep experience in NGOs, community and mission driven organisations, he has played a key role in shaping legislation and policy to protect vulnerable communities and promote social justice.

At Quintessential, Vajahat leads our legal and governance strategy, ensuring that every aspect of our operation is underpinned by accountability, transparency and integrity. He advises on cross-border legal frameworks, international partnerships, and the legal architecture of our community interventions. With years of experience delivering local engagement programmes, facilitating dialogue across generational and cultural divides, and supporting individuals through recovery, reintegration, and education, he is a trusted bridge between lived experience and strategic action.

Sajad’s insight helps ensure that Quintessential’s initiatives remain people-centred and practically grounded. He advises on community consultation, access equity, and culturally sensitive delivery, drawing on his background in outreach, youth leadership and neighbourhood transformation.
